4VOICES

4Voices, funded by the European Union under the CERV programme, aims to defend human rights, democracy, and the rule of law by deconstructing Europe’s diverse past with a gender-sensitive lens and critical thinking and imagining Europe’s futures to rebuild trust between people and politics.

CERV REMEMBRANCE

Futures Opening in Brussels on 27 May 2025

On 27 May 2025, in Brussels, we will hold our first big event titled “4Voices Futures Opening” where we will bring together 100 people from all corners of Europe.

4Voices Youth Ambassadors Selection Call

The 4Voices Youth Ambassadors will be 12 young people from across four regions of Europe, and each region will have three ambassadors, who will participate in Futures Workshops, online exchanges, and policy development activities.

Apply by the 13th of April.

Objectives
  • To enhance historical understanding and critical thinking among young people from different regions by engaging them in non-formal education methods and foresight in order to enable them to acknowledge historical periods and combat idealised narratives, with a focus on gender roles in both public and private spheres.
  • To deconstruct and decolonise European history, with similarities and differences among countries and regions, by using critical thinking and foresight methodologies in order to envision future paths for Europe that can secure democracy, the rule of law, and human rights.
  • To gather and analyse the emotions, fears, and aspirations of young people across Europe, using these insights to develop informed policy recommendations that address pressing contemporary issues.
