Volonteurope Board Member
Andreas Schrank is a board member of the German NGO “Gemeinsam leben und lernen in Europa” (GLL) and the organisation’s person responsible for Public Relations.
GLL is a grassroots NGO based mainly around volunteering, working to fight xenophobia and racism as well as promoting societal diversity, active citizenship and volunteering. Andreas Schrank has been working for the association since 2013 when he dedicated a whole year to full-time volunteering as a National Volunteer. His central activities have been project management, event management, volunteer training and communication design both on the regional, state and European level. He prepared and participated in study visits in several European countries including Great Britain, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Poland.
Currently, he is studying Psychology as an undergraduate in Bamberg, Germany, and Istanbul, Turkey. Furthermore, he is on a journalistic training programme accompanying his studies in Munich, Germany.
